We recently decided to look into purchasing a property in Arizona. After attending one of Cross Border Realty seminars, we decided to seek their help to find what we wanted.

This was incredibly informative and led to 2 trips and several days in Phoenix viewing many properties. As we evolved through our requirements and price range, Mark was very diligent and patient, spending the necessary time to find appropriate listings, drive us through several communities and tour us through the homes... all the while providing his opinions and commentary on the merits (and detriments) of each home/neighborhood and the market in general.

He has excellent knowledge of the desirable features of an area and quickly moved us on from those that didn't suit us... he figured us out very quickly and didn't waste our time with what didn't fit with our needs and personality.

We counted on his expertise of the Arizona market, the neighborhoods and homes in general to validate our knowledge and guide us to the best deal possible. His strong business knowledge further satisfied our need for information which allowed us to do our analysis relating to a vacation home purchase in the US. He made what can be an exhausting process, fun and very satisfying for us.

And his support didn't stop after the deal closed... he kept in touch regularly offering advice, recommendations on local services and assistance to simplify the challenges of getting a vacation home set up. His attention to us, as his clients, alleviated many stresses and made the arrival to our new home all the much more exciting. We have an amazing vacation home, with great neighbors in a quiet stable neighborhood.
